NEW COVID-19 FISHERY RULES ARE IN PLACE
ALL FISHING ON ALL LAKES MUST NOW BE PRE BOOKED AND PRE PAID FOR!
You cannot book via Facebook so please do not ask too!
To book and pay by card over the phone, you must ring us on 01822 610888,
telling us the date that you want to fish.
There will be absolutely NO exceptions to this!

Extremely well stocked waters, providing fun fishing for Roach, Rudd, Bream,
Tench, Golden Tench, Gudgeon, F1’s and small Carp to 5 lbs.
The 8 peg Canal is perfect for Beginners or Anglers wanting a busy session with a whip.
The 16 peg Canal Basin is a pleasure and mini match water,
very much aimed at Anglers who fish match style.
Please note that both the Canal and Basin are float only
unless using a floating bait when a free lined method should be used.
No bubble floats or controllers of any kind! Strictly No feeder fishing or ledgering is allowed!
No hooks bigger than size 12 applies to ensure that the fish remain in good condition.
Keepnets are allowed so the Canal is ideal for informal Matches
Catches of 80 lb to 100 lb+ have been recorded with the current record being 265 lbs!
Maximum weight of 50 lb per keepnet. All fish to be retained for no longer than 6 hours.
No night fishing is allowed.

We are a family friendly Fishery,
foul language or bad behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
Please treat the Fishery, it's wildlife and other Anglers with respect!
AGE RULES FOR CHILDREN ON THIS LAKE
No unaccompanied under 12's allowed on the Fishery.
Parent's/Carer's are expected to know
where their children/charges are at all times.
Parent's/Carer's leaving 12 - 16 yr olds do so at their own risk.
These children may only fish the Carp N' Silvers Lake, Canal and Canal Basin.
The Fishery opens at 7.00 am and closes at dusk.
All Anglers should have left before dark!
Our shop opens at 9 am.
On arrival, all Anglers are expected to visit our shop
to purchase their permit before they start fishing.
Please note that both the Canal and Basin are float only

BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY! Maximum size 12 hook applies!
Please remember your disgorger!
A maximum of 2 Rods per Angler at all times.
RODS IN USE MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME!
BEFORE FISHING - ALL NETS, MATS, MUST BE TOTALLY DRY
Direct sunlight is the best way to dry your equipment and help prevent disease.
All Anglers must have and use a suitable landing net.
No swinging in fish larger than 8” (20cms).
Please don't be offended if we ask to check your tackle,
as it is for the welfare of our fish.
All fish must be returned quickly and carefully.
Photo's of fish must only be taken kneeling down.
All Anglers must only fish from the numbered gravel pegs
and must not distance cast into other Anglers swims.
No artificial/fake baits larger than a single grain of sweetcorn.
Keepnets are only allowed on the Canal and Canal Basin.
Maximum weight of 50 lb per keepnet.
All fish to be held for no longer than 6 hours.
Quiet, well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after them.
No litter. Please use a bin or take your rubbish home.
No hot water, BBQ's or stoves on the grass please.
