Despite the recent cold spell our Catfish are still active with a 19lb Cat falling to a popped up boilie and another Cat lost in the same session on 4th March.
Despite the unseasonal weather, Nash Candy Nut Crush 12 & 15 mm boilies are currently working extremely well with our Carp.
16th March - 17 Carp landed in a 24 hr session, all falling to Nash Key.
Please note that there is No Entry allowed onto the Catfish N' Carp Lake
without first pre-booking a place with our shop.

This 2 acre lake is rapidly building a reputation for super, hard fighting fish.
With a stock of around 300 Carp to 22 lb+, including some Grassies to 12 lb+, and 31 Wels Catfish to 25 lb+.
Don't be surprised to catch a Perch, Barbel or Chub either,
as these are left over from when this lake was a match water.
The lake has 12 very well spaced swims, each with it's own designated area of water.
Pegs 4 & 5 are a reservable double peg, which can be great for a social weekend.
The fish in this lake respond well to heavier baiting, especially carp pellet and meaty boilies,
so don't be afraid to use a few kilo's in a session.
The stand out bait this year has been Dynamite Baits Complex T,
which has accounted for numerous Cats on the bank as well as Carp.
Nash Key and Mainline Cell are also trusty backups.
19/12/17 - 16lb Winter Cat for Dave Poolman,
his 20th Cat of the year!
