Carp N' Silvers Lake
This is our well established original, 2 acre,
pleasure lake of mixed Carp and silver fish.
It has 35 pegs to choose from,
very good access and close parking.
Well stocked with the main species being Ghost, Common and Mirror Carp, 2 known Mirror Carp to 20 lbs. This lake is also renowned for having some of the biggest Roach in Devon
with a current record of 2 lb 10 oz’s.
Limited prebooked Night Fishing allowed.
Canal and Basin
Two extremely well stocked waters,
providing fun fishing for Roach, Rudd, Bream,
Tench, Golden Tench, Gudgeon,
F1’s and small Carp to 5 lbs.
The 8 peg Canal is perfect for Beginners or Anglers wanting a busy session with a whip.
The 16 peg Canal Basin is a
pleasure and mini match water, very much aimed at Anglers who fish match style.
No Night Fishing allowed.
Cat N' Carp Lake
This 12 peg, 2 acre lake, is rapidly building a reputation for super, hard fighting fish. With a stock of around 300 Carp to 22 lb+, including Grassies to
15 lb+, and 31 Wels Catfish to 36 lb +

Specimen Carp Lake
This exclusive 10 peg, 3 acre water, is the most challenging of our fishing lakes. If you are a serious Carp angler or someone seeking their first “20 lb” or “30 lb” then this is the Lake for you.
